Powerful Discharge System Without Chip Accelerators

Infeed Conveyor
A heavy-duty 7′ 6″ long infeed conveyor is provided and assists with feeding shorter pieces of material or large piles of brush and tops. The conveyor features three strands of WD120 roller chain and is chain-driven using heavy-duty drive motors. The conveyor, combined with the feed wheels, provides unmatched pulling and compressing power, and are the main reasons why the 3590 will outperform any competitive style unit in this size range.
Clean Feed System
The new Clean Feed System incorporates new designs that virtually eliminate chip “carry around” and spillage off the back side of the chipper. The design is very efficient, delivering on average 5 percent more yield per load with fuel savings of approximately 30% per ton of material. The new design still incorporates Bandit’s patented Slide Box Feed System and does not affect Bandit’s legendary feeding power.
