The Bandit Model 75XP features the same features and options as the popular Model 65XP, but has a feed wheel that pivots in the opposite direction which allows the feed wheel to be in close proximity to the chipper disc. This set-up reduces the chances for smaller pieces to wedge or bind the feed system. The throat opening is 7″ high x 12″ wide and compared to most competitors in this size range the width is nearly double making this unit one of the more production machines in this size range.
Key Features
• 7” capacity
• Wide 7” x 12” opening
• 25 – 37 horsepower engine options
Compact and Dependable
The Model 75XP is a powerful yet compact unit that makes a great rental machine. The 7” x 12” wide throat opening provides a ample room for feeding a variety of material up to 7″ in diameter. A number of options are available on this unit, including discharge options and self-propelled track undercarriage. The Model 75XP Brush Bandit is compact, easy to transport and will provide years of dependable service for homeowners, contractors, and tree care companies.
Powerful Feed System
The powerful single feed wheel system crushes and compresses limby materials. A 24.95 cubic-inch displacement hydraulic motor has the power to pull long material into the chipper, reducing the cost of converting trees and brush into chips by reducing the amount of sawing.[/expand]
Heavy-Duty Chipper
The heart of a hand-fed disc chipper is the chipper disc and housing.
The Bandit 7” models are equipped with:
• 26” diameter x ¾” thick disc
• 2 knife pockets
• 2” chipper shaft
Rugged and Dependable
Heavy-duty components ensure long life and trouble free operation, even when chipping larger materials. This machine will easily keep two people busy feeding it.
Torflex EZ-Lube Axles by Dexter
The Model 75XP can be equipped with a 2,200 or 3,500 pound axle with 10″ or 14″ tires.
Dual Feed Wheel Option
For additional pulling and feeding capabilities, select the dual feed wheel option for the 75XP. The dual wheel feed system increases the production and performance of the 75XP by more efficiently pulling material into the disc, further increasing the chippers ability to process limby materials.
90º Feed System
Bandit’s 75XP disc-style chippers are set at a right angle to the flow of material into the chipper. The knives are set at a precise angle and assist the feed system in pulling material into the chipper and breaking down limby material. The feed wheel closes to within inches of the knives increasing the quality of the chips. This is a great unit for chipping palm fronds and landscape pruning.
